Tube Roller Mixer, 5 Roller, Tilt & Roll
These roller mixers are designed to accommodate a variety of vials, small bottles, and test tubes of different sizes. Each pair of rollers can support up to 1 kilogram of weight.
The rollers, made of coated aluminium, are mounted on eccentric drive spindles to provide both a rocking and rolling motion, ensuring thorough mixing. If preferred, parallel rollers can be specified. The speed of the rollers is variable, ranging from 10 to 60 rpm, to meet a wide range of mixing requirements.
The sprocket and chain drive, along with ball race roller mounting, guarantee smooth and trouble-free operation. This model is capable of running continuously for many hours unattended.
These mixers are ideal for various applications, including the mixing of blood samples, viscous substances, and liquid-solid suspensions where minimal aeration is required. They can also be used to aid in the defrosting of samples.
