Resistance Coils, Standard, Options Available
The Resistance Coils are a requirement for teaching electronics. They comprise of a temperature-stable wire coil accurately wound to specific resistance values, enclosed in a transparent housing with accessible terminals.
These coils are specifically designed for resistance measuring bridges and similar applications, intended for low-current usage. To ensure optimal performance, avoid overheating, as each coil can handle around 4 watts for extended periods or up to 10 watts for brief durations. Notably, the standard values available are 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0, 10.0, 20.0, 50.0, and 100.0 ohms, meticulously calibrated to maintain an accuracy level within 1%.
