The NUL-228 NeuLog Salinity Logger Sensor facilitates measurements of salt content in a solution across three ranges: %, ppm, and mg/L. Factory pre-set and calibrated, the sensor is ready for immediate use. Its applications span across Chemistry, Biology, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Biochemistry, Physics, and more.

The salinity probe, directly attached to the sensor's plastic body, applies an electrical potential difference to its electrodes, generating a current through the solution. In the presence of ions, the current flows between the electrodes, allowing for accurate salinity measurements.

With a pre-calibrated design, the sensor supports experiment durations ranging from 1 second to 31 days, making it a versatile tool for diverse scientific investigations.
