BENTO Biotechnology 101 Kit

The Biotechnology 101 Kit contains all the materials you need when learning to use Bento Lab for the first time, including instructions and reagents.

The kit includes four tutorial kits and six experimental projects. Additionally, the guidebook instructs how to conduct genetic analysis and interpret your results. It also discusses how genetic analysis relates to questions of bioethics and scientific responsibility.

The Starter Kit is primarily an add-on for Bento Lab. To use the Starter Kit, access to a mini-centrifuge, a PCR thermocycler, a gel electrophoresis unit and a blue-light transilluminator is required. Note that protocols and reagent quantities are optimised for Bento Lab but may be adapted by the user.

The Bento Lab Pro is not supplied with the Bento Biotechnology 101 Kit.
