The Absorber Set for Radiation includes 24 different plates, designed for the study of radioactive energy absorption. The plates range from tissue paper and thin foils for Alpha particle absorption to thicker aluminum foils and plates for Beta particle absorption, and lead plates for Gamma particle absorption.

Housed in a robust cardboard container with individual slots for storing each absorber, the set also features a holder with a strong spring-loaded plunger and base for both the radioactive source and the absorber, ensuring reproducible experiments.
